Baked Salmon with Tomatoes, Spinach & Mushrooms

I made this dish the other night. I thought it was really good and my family didn't care for it. My husband said there wasn't a lot of flavor to it. Maybe next time I'd add more seasonings with the dressing.

Normally, I don't eat fish or tomatoes but this recipe was delicious! I will make this again!

This was delicious and is also very nutritious. I used homemade vinaigrette as I couldn't find the sun-dried tomato dressing at my grocery.

I tried this recipe and it came out good, not as good as the picture, but it did taste good. Next time I will season the salmon separately,mine did not have the taste I was looking for. Overall the recipe is good, my kids loved the mushrooms and spinach. Thanks Kraft Foods.

Absolutely GREAT !!! This is one of the simplest recipes. If I can make it, ANYONE can. And it "LOOKS" great also. I have made this numerous times including for dinner guests and they all "raved" about it and asked for the recipe. Tips/Variations: 1. I added 1/4 cup dry white wine, and a small onion (sliced medium thick.) 2. Also added a SMALL amount of "seafood rub" to fillet before adding greens. (Seams to add a little more flavor.)

This was a terrifically different way to enjoy salmon. I used lots of spinach and mushrooms, and grape tomatoes. I could not find the sundried tomato dressing at the market; I used raspberry/pomegranate vinaigrette instead. Freshly baked sweet cornbread went well with this dish. Dinner received rave reviews and immediate requests to prepare it again.
