This was delicious and is also very nutritious. I used homemade vinaigrette as I couldn't find the sun-dried tomato dressing at my grocery.

I tried this recipe and it came out good, not as good as the picture, but it did taste good. Next time I will season the salmon separately, mine did not have the taste I was looking for. Overall the recipe is good, my kids loved the mushrooms and spinach. Thanks Kraft Foods.

Absolutely GREAT !!! This is one of the simplest recipes. If I can make it, ANYONE can. And it "LOOKS" great also. I have made this numerous times including for dinner guests and they all "raved" about it and asked for the recipe. Tips/Variations: 1. I added 1/4 cup dry white wine, and a small onion (sliced medium thick.) 2. Also added a SMALL amount of "seafood rub" to fillet before adding greens. (Seams to add a little more flavor.)

This was a terrifically different way to enjoy salmon. I used lots of spinach and mushrooms, and grape tomatoes. I could not find the sundried tomato dressing at the market; I used raspberry/pomegranate vinaigrette instead. Freshly baked sweet cornbread went well with this dish. Dinner received rave reviews and immediate requests to prepare it again.

DON'T USE RED SNAPPER IT WAS AWFUL! I will try it again with Salmon but the fish was tough and rubbery and really really awful!

This was very good. A great way to have fish in the winter. We always use our grill in warm weather for cooking seafood. Will definitely make this again.
