Absolutely GREAT !!!
This is one of the simplest recipes. If I can make it, ANYONE can. And it "LOOKS" great also.
I have made this numerous times including for dinner guests and they all "raved" about it and asked for the recipe.
1. I added 1/4 cup dry white wine, and a small onion (sliced medium thick.)
2. Also added a SMALL amount of "seafood rub" to fillet before adding greens. (Seams to add a little more flavor.)
