WOW! This is excellent. I followed the recipe but doubled the spinich and mushrooms and added a little more dressing. It was so simple to make and tasted like something from a resturant. This will be made for future dinner guests.

This dish has a lot of potential. It was good the only changes I would make to it is to marinate the salmon in the dressing. (I used Roasted Red Pepper and Parmesan dressing). And also toss the spinach in there during the last 5 mins of cooking or even after cooking it. The spinach didn't look anything like the picture, it got dried up and browned.

Very good! I marinated the salmon for about 30 minutes in the dressing first. I also substituted canned fire-roasted diced tomatoes for the fresh tomato. Extremely fresh taste. Although my husband,who does not like salmon, did not especially like it....I will make again for myself!

Not my favorite salmon recipe but it was very good. Substituted with Roasted Red Pepper & Parmesan Dressing

Healthy, easy to make, and delicious. What more could one want? I have made it for my family and for guests. Everyone loves it and have asked for the recipe. I say go to Kraftfoods.com.

I have made this recipe several times now and we never get sick of it. It's low calorie, healthy and delicious. For those of you who do not like salmon, substitute it with chicken. Also a delicious recipe.
