The store didn't have the correct dressing so I used a roasted red pepper dressing and it was still awesome and I am not a huge salmon fan.

Salmon was a hit, but you can also use chicken breasts. Marinade them in the dressing in the pan for a couple of hours add the other ingredients, cover with foil and cook for 20-25 minutes until done.

This recipe is so simple but yet taste like you have spent hours on it. My whole family loved it and that is hard to do.

Since I discovered this recipe,we have it once a week with salmon or tilapia. It is my husband's favorite and it is so quick and easy.Absolutely delicious!

This was a delicious dish,I marinade my salmon in the vineaigrette for 30 min before preparing. This is a great way to serve baked salmon the mushrooms, tomatoes & spinach was a good combination for the salmon and the sun-dried tomato vineaigrette gave it a superb taste.

I made this recipe for my family of men, which includes my children ages 11 and 5. They really enjoyed this dish and made me promise to make it as often as possible! Great, great dish!
