I thought that I had salmon but when I got home it ended up as Chicken. Well it was VERY good but I changed a few things. I used mini tomatoes and mini sweet peppers. They not only added flavor but lots of color! :) VERY good everyone at my work came into the break room asking "what smells so good?"

Wow- very delicious. This is a great way to cook salmon - it was so moist.

This was a great recipe. Easy to make and the whole family enjoyed it. I always over cook my fish but this was perfect. I can't wait to cook it again

I have made this recipe a dozen time, substituting italian dressing for the vinigrette, which I am not crazy about, and it is wonderful and easy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe. I marinate the salmon in the sundried olive oil dressing overnight. Instead of baking the veggies w/ salmon, I put some dressing in a pan and cook the mushrooms and tomatoes, then add spinach at the very end. Bake salmon for 10 minutes, then broil it until it is done...like it a little crispy on the top. Then serve the over rice pilaf and top with veggies. YUMMY!!!

One of the best salmon recipes I've tried. It tastes like it would be served in a restaurant. I used light Italian dressing and seasoned the fish with salt, pepper and garlic powder before topping it with the rest of the ingredients. This one's a keeper.

Added a little parmesan & crumbled Ritz Crackers on top. Easy to make. The parmesan baked salmon recipe remains our favorite!!!!!

This recipe is great! It tastes and looks like something you would order from a restaurant. A great change from grilled salmon.

I loved this! Simple, quick, tasty, and very healthy. Sweet tomatoes, savory mushrooms - love the flavor combinations. I used Lite Italian dressing, but it's probably good with any lite sauce, or EVOO or stock. Great!
