my family enjoyed this recipe. It was easy to make and didn't require many ingredients. A different way to make salmon that is good.

This is our family's favorite recipe for salmon or steelhead trout. Would expect something like this in a fancy gourmet restaurant yet so incredibly easy and delicious to prepare. Would suggest you have the skin removed from your fillet when you purchase it.

This recipe is delicious and very easy to make. I substituted low fat catalina dressing (it was all I had on hand) and the result was tangy and tasty. Family loved it; will definitely make again!

I usually don't care for Salmon very much, but this stuff is good!! The dressing flavors it really well. I grow spinach in my garden, so now I have another way to use my harvest!

Extremely easy to make yet flavorful and delicious. We substituted marinated artichokes for the mushrooms and were very happy with the results. Would definitely make this again!
