Excellent taste and so easy to prepare. We're having for the second time for dinner this evening. Festive enough for guests, too.

This was very quick and easy. The dressing this recipe calls for is very tasty, and it makes a delicious marinade.

This was very easy and delicious. It is light-perfect for summertime dinners. Only suggestion is to make sure you remove the skin first.

I could not find the Kraft Brand Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette, so I substituted, and also added more spinach and mushrooms.

I altered the recipe a little- I couldn't find the dressing so instead I used one that was a citrus vinegarette. It was delicious. I am making it again tonight but we decided to add a few more mushrooms and spinach this time because we aren't making a side dish to go with it.

You can use different flavor salad dressings for different tastes. I also tend to use a lot more spinach and mushroom than the recipe, such as a whole package of mushrooms and spinach.

I made this recipe for friends for lunch and everyone loved it! The only thing I did differently was to increase the amount of spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms since we did not have anything else as a side dish. Very easy to prepare!

Delicious and very easy to make. To cut prep time you can buy the pre-cut & pre-cleaned spinach and the pre-sliced and pre-cleaned mushrooms. The salmon was absolutely light, delicious, flakey. Can't wait to have this one again. You can take the left over spinach & mushrooms and make a nice salad, just add hard boiled eggs, some grated cheese, bacon or bacon bits and your favorate dressing and viola you have a light meal.

This was so easy to make it amazed me! It was the best salmon recipe I have ever tasted and my husband agreed, surprise, surprise!! I have out of town company coming in a few weeks and this will certainly be on the menu.
