I loved this recipe. I made it last night for a dinner for friends and everyone really liked it. It was soooo easy to make too.

I substituted the Sundried Tomato vinagrette for the Sundried Tomato and Oregano dressing. It was the best meal I have ever made and so easy to prepare! I would and already have recommended it to everybody I know!!!

This was very simple to make, and was very tasty and enjoyable. I intend to entertain friends with this recipe real soon. Good work.

I substituted tilapia for the salmon but used the recipe otherwise. I am not big on salmon, but the recipe was FANTASTIC. Even my 14 year old loved the fish. I am sure salmon would be just as good, but getting my family to try a "fish" was a stretch. Definitely a great recipe for any seafood.

My husband is a very picky eater, and he thought this recipe was VERY GOOD. It was VERY easy to make and looks very pretty. So making this for company would be great!

I used a pound of crimini mushroom, a whole tub of spinach, 2 medium tomatoes and 3/4 bottle of the dressing. I didn't mix it first, I just put it all on the salmon. I topped it with freshly grated parmesan cheese. It was excellent. I will make this recipe at least once a month. We eat salmon every week.

Fastest, most tasty salmon dish I have ever made. My husband said it was the best salmon he has ever had (all restaurants included). Thank you!

I've made a variation on this recipe for quite a long time, using canned diced tomatoes (with garlic and herbs, or balsamic vinegar) and frozen chopped spinach for convenience. Very little work, yet guests think it's a meal from a five-star kitchen.
