My family really liked this especially my husband. I used brown mushrooms and had to make my own vinaigrette since someone had used the last of the Sun-dried dressing I thought I had! I also used grape tomatoes since I didn't have a whole tomato. Very tasty and colorful.

Comments from the dinner table...this is 'restaurant quality','the best salmon you ever made'. I added onions, because isn't everything better with onions?

We loved it! This recipe is super easy, and tastes great. The dressing adds perfect flavor to our favorite fish. I plan to try this with other fish too. I shared it with other family members. To make a good recipe great, it's healthy too!

I made this tonight although I rated it a 4 I added salt and pepper to taste. Without the extra seasoning it was pretty bland with the eception of the fresh tomatoe and spinach
