I love this recipe. I use the Kraft Red pepper and parmesan salad dressing when I can find it. I also season the salmon with salt and pepper and allow it to marinade overnight before I cook it. My guest always love it.

One of my personal favorites...... and it really IS so simple....even for a single dad!!!

This is a good solid recipe but needs a tiny bit of tweeking. The fish really needs to be salted and peppered or you have very little flavor. I couldn't find the sun dried tomato dressing in any brand so I used Kraft Tuscan House Italian. Also, though I used one chopped tomato it pretty much got lost. I think it was because it was a small home grown tomato so I'll do extra next time. But overall it's worth making again and VERY healthy.

All I can say is that this Salmon dinner in one over rice was the BEST.... Very Good!!

Fabulous! We eat salmon once a week; so I'm glad to find a new way to dress it up. My only problem - not enough spinach. Of course, I just added more. Thank you.

When I baked the salmon per the instructions, the fish was still raw where the vegetables were placed. I followed the instructions step by step, but it didn't cook well.

This recipe was very easy and very good. I used a bit extra dressing and just brushed the top of the salmon with it.

I make this all the time.If you do not have one of the veggies on hand, it's just as good minus that one. I have also just baked it w/ the dressing only, which is good.
