Before I made this recipe I searched through all the reviews and was weary just because of those few ones that said it wasn't good. Regardless, I decided to make this dish and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I suggest seasoning the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder etc... so it has extra flavor and also buy the salmon fresh - try not to use the frozen pre-packaged salmon fillets. I could not find sun-dried tomato dressing so I used Robusto Italian. It turned out super great and i was so exciting that it tasted so good. Im 3 months pregnant and have been very sensitive to foods but this dish I ate without a problem.

My husband and I did not like the dish as a whole. We liked the topping and plan on making that again, but not with salmon.

I've never made fish before- rarely eat it- but this was great and I will definitely make it agin soon. So easy! (I did use salt, pepper, and parmesan on the salmon before covering with mixture... also bought salmon fillets w/out skin.)

Very easy to make and extremely delicious! Also aesthetically pleasing when served. BIG hit in my house! My family was impressed.

Turned out really well. I marinated the salmon for about an hour with a little olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper before cooking. Added a little Parmesan cheese on top too.

The salmon had a strong flavor and adding the spinach was not good. I will probably try again with a different kind of fish.
