The recipe was good, we tried it with dark meat chicken drumsticks instead of salmon. The chicken was moist and tender. I will cook it again with chicken, fish, or pork. I cooked the chicken first for 40 minutes on 400 degrees, then covered w/ tomatoes, spinach and mushrooms for 15 minutes after that.

I made this exactly how the recipe says and it came out so good. My family doesn't even eat spinach yet they ate everything! Very good

I was very excited to make this as we love fish and saw all the great reviews. I made this recipe exactly as stated and it was NOT good. I do love this Kraft site though because I have found several REALLY good meals here!

Great recipe! My wife wasn't sold on this one, but she became a believer. We substituted the salmon for tilapia and then topped off the finished product with some grated parmesan. I hope this makes the menu regularly.

After being told to look for more heart healthy recipes we tried this and were very impressed with the results. Simple recipe and great results. This is on the menu weekly at our house.

Was never much for Salmon. Tried this recipe and now have this once a week. Healthy and very tasty. Will continue to serve this at least once week. Excellent.

This is one of my children's favorite recipes. The only thing that I changed is that I used Tilapia instead of salmon. They ask for this at least once a week! I love this recipe!
