I am not a big salmon person. This was absolutely delicious!!!! You could also use any other type of fish. I have recommended this recipe to all my friends and relatives!

this is so easy to make and it taste like you slaved over it!!! My husband said it is better than a nice dinner from a fancy place!!!!

Oh my, was this sooo good! This was one of the very best recipes for Salmon I have tried in a long time. I loved that there was plenty of fresh veggies incorporated in the recipe and that it was fast and easy to prepare. I wil definitely make this a regular dish.

I loved this recipe! I did make a few changes though... I removed the mushrooms, and seasoned the fish with 3/4 packet of Italian Dressing mix and a little bit of olive oil. After marinating for about a 1/2 hour, I chopped the tomato and spinach, then baked! I'm not a fish lover yet, (I'm working on it) but I LOVED this recipe!

I made it with Talapia instead of Salmon and it was great. I also increased the amount of topping which I would do again.

This is a wonderful recipe!! Very easy and really delicious! A great recipe if you are having guests over or just a dinner with the family. Yummmmm!
