I kept reading all these rave reviews, thinking people were exaggerating.... They're Not!! This was great -- like going out to a nice restaurant to eat. The parmesan on top really added to it, and it doesn't take much. Good leftover, too!

Finallly, a recipe for Salmon that my family really loved. I added a bit of Montreal steak seasoning before baking for a little extra zip. This one's a keeper!

Extremely easy to prepare. My entire family enjoyed this one, including the picky 11 year old. It gave the salmon a wonderful sweet flavor. I did substitute grape tomatoes for the medium tomato. Serve it with some good old fashion spoon bread and you've got a great meal.

I substituted the Sundried Tomato vinagrette for the Sundried Tomato and Oregano dressing. It was the best meal I have ever made and so easy to prepare! I would and already have recommended it to everybody I know!!!
