This recipe is wonderful. My whole family loved it and it is very easy. It is difficult to find the dressing.

This was VERY flavorful!! And sooooooo easy! The fresh spinach is key! Also, it was hard to find 'Kraft Special Collection Dressing in Sun-dired tomato vinegarette'. The groc. store had the whole collection except for that one! I substituted another vendor's (sorry Kraft) tomato vinegarette and it worked fine. We''ll have this again for sure ...
