Green Beans & Bacon with Pasta recipe
I added more bacon, and cooked the onion and green beans in some of the bacon grease. Also added some chopped red pepper and seasoning salt to punch up the flavor.

I liked it, but my husband thought it was bland. I'll make it again, but add some different spices to give it better flavor.

When I came across this recipe, I also found the recipe for perfect grilled chicken using the sun-dried tomato dressing. My family loves casseroles so I made both recipes--cut up the chicken and added it to the green beans and bacon. I didn't discard the the leftover dressing from grilling the chicken--I added it to my new casserole and heated it through. I also added about 1/4 cup more dressing. We like it a lot better this way.

I didn't enjoy this much at all. I could eat it but it did not taste good. I wish it had!

Excellent. Even hubby and son loved it. Marinated the green beans in the dressing for almost an hour before cooking.

We put 4 strips of bacon instead of 2 and added more of the Sun Dried Tomato dressing than was on the recipe. Tasted delicious!!

Very Good. I used turkey bacon that I cooked with the onions. I added a little more dressing and some pasta water with the green beans to cook them a little more. Great flavor. Great way to use up all those home grown green beans!

I substituted the dressing with a home-made version where I mixed Olive oil, Balsamic Vinegar and Honey Mustard. The honey complemented the sugar-cured bacon I used. These were the best green beans I have ever had and my family agreed!!

This was very good. It has a nice kick to it that isn't strong. It makes beans that much more interesting than normal!
