I made this for a luncheon I was having and it was a huge hit. It was a nice blend of flavors. I used rotisserie chicken. Awesome.

Wonderful! I left out the chicken since I served this with chicken salad croissants. My guests loved it. I will make it again for the church picnic.

This salad was absolutely fabulous! I made it for a family reunion and everyone wanted the recipe. I was asked to make it again next weekend for a graduation party. Was easy, light and full of flavor. Awesome.....

This was a good - easy - fun summer recipe. It tasted best after it sat for a day and absorbed some of the fruit and mint flavors. A crowd pleaser
