This was a great recipe. Everyone in my family said to put it in my "make again" file! I think this would also be good with some cubed cheese in it. We really enjoyed it and will make again. I especially liked the ease of using the bottled dressing.
This salad is excellent!! A great summer dish and so easy to make.
Made this recipe with shrimp, but forgot the green onion and couldn't find fresh mint the first time. Husband was skeptical but ended up loving it. Made again for church group with green onion and mint (and shrimp again) and everyone seemed to like it. Green onion and mint made it even better. Will definitely make this again!
Did not use the scallions or mint and it was still a hit!
I love this recipe. I work at a casino in the salad department,I thought I would try this {everyone loved it}.So refreshing.I will surely make it again and at home.
I made this for a 4th of July party. It was expensive to make and ended up not being much of a hit. The dressing called for was not available at my grocery store and I had to use a different brand. The salad didn't hold up well by the following day because of the fruit and had to be discarded.
I made this for our 4th of July celebration and it was a hit! I added a bit more chicken because I had a little extra and the family ate all of it!
Mmm- this sounds tasty, especially for summer! I bet shrimp would be a good substitute for the chicken too!
I have made this recipe several time this summer and has become one of our favorite pasta salads. So easy to make and the flavor is awesome. Will make it several more times before summer is over. Everyone that tries it can't believe how good it is.
I couldn't find the Kraft dressing that was recommended and had to use a different brand. Overall very good and a nice change of pace to pasta salad!
