This salad was really delicious and refreshing! I made it as a dinner for my picky family because it had a little bit of everything for everyone and it was a hit! I will probably make this salad to serve at a future party or shower as well. ***I doubled the dressing mixture and it was the perfect amount***

I took this recipe to a BBQ and everybody loved it. I didn't use cantaloupe, but added raspberries instead, very yummy.

I omitted the strawberries, cantaloupe and mint leaves when making this recipe. I added about 1/2 cup more dressing and about 1 more tablespoon of the green onions. It came out very delicious, even my picky teenagers ate it. I could make this recipe for almost every dinner. It was really good.

This is so good that even my picky hubby ate it. The second time I made it I added red onion instead and added some cheddar cheese crumbles to it and it made is so much better. I also used grilled chicken instead since I had some left over.

It was a nice change from the usual pasta salad, and wonderful for summer. It didn't thrill me though. It may be because I couldn't find the Kraft salad dressing, so I substituted with another brand. The family ate it, so it must not have been too bad!

More work than some recipes, but it was so popular I'd definitely make it again.
