This recipe is so refreshing to serve at the end of a meal. I have made it for Easter. I think the cool green color just says spring. I found it easy to make and well worth the effort. My family really enjoyed this great dessert.

WE LOVE IT! I first made this recipe in 1965, when I was 19. I lost the recipe and can't believe I've found it on your site. I love the crust. IT'S A DEFINITE WINNER!!

This recipe is WONDERFUL! I cannot say enough good about it. I made it the first time as directed, and we liked it but not as well as with a graham cracker crust. Either way it is wonderful. You can also set this cheesecake in the freezer to set quicker. I highly recommend this recipe!

I've made this recipe several times substituting the limes with either lemons or oranges - it's been a winner each time. I've even baked it in a 8" square glass pan which really works well. Also, adding a 1/2 cup more of the coconut gives it more of a base.

I have made this recipe many times. I have lowered the carbs by substituting Splenda for the sugar my family loves this pie! Our guests do too. I increase the coconut by 1/4 cup.

Quick, easy, great flavors... I even used a little green food color to tint the coconut :)
