I made this for our Mommy & Me end of the year party & it was a big hit. I omitted the preserves & I also made one with strawberry cool whip instead of the cream cheese mixture. Both of them were gobbled up rather quickly.

I have made this dessert so many times I lost count. It is always a big hit and it's so easy to use fruits that are fresh and in season. I'm lucky to live on the Central Coast so I use Strawberries alot. Kids think this is the best pizza they ever had.

This is one of the most popular dishes that I make. I make it for the 4th of July, Memorial Day and sometimes just for dinner company. It is always gone when my guests leave. I don't always use all of the fruit shown, sometimes I just use blueberries or strawberries and it is still a hit! Fantastic!

I made this for an early 4th of July picnic. I made a flag (rectangle) out of the pizza instead of a circle. I did not slice the cookies out. I just spread the cookie dough out on a pan with clean fingers. I used blueberries for the stars and strawberries for the stripes. I, like others who rated, skipped the apricot preserves. Everyone who tried it really enjoyed it and asked about the recipe.
