Big hit, almost everyone had a second slice. I used a one time pizza tin instead (no tin foil either) and did not flip the crust over. Since they are flexible it pulled away from the crust easily and no clean up.

To avoid breaking the cookie dough crust, I left off the foil and left the cookie dough on the cookie sheet and it worked great!

I haven't made this recipe yet myself, but I tried it at a barbeque (it was something a little similar) only the one I tried had a chocolate chip cookie crust. It's a really great-kinda sorta healthy treat.

I have made this for cook outs and get togethers of all types. Always a huge hit. Use any fruit and always change it to make it different every time.

So versatile. I skip the preserve glaze and change up the fruit each time. Once we used apples and caramel sauce on top. This time I used lemon extract and Pineapple chunks, mandarine oranges, blueberries and strawberries. A garnish of whip cream-YUMMY!
