You get the best of both worlds. Healthy fruit and a big sugar cookie that kids love.

I have made this recipe several times and is always a hit. Instead of sugar cookie dough I use peanut butter cookie dough and I add 8 oz. of cool whip to the cream cheese. I also don't use the apricot spread.

When I made this, I made the mistake of not fully draining my fruit (used frozen).

Put together right before serving. EXCELLENT with meal or as a dessert!! Will make many times over!

The taste was good. I was disappointed in the turn out though. The cough dough got VERY soggy.

The dessert turned out really well. It was a little time consuming but well worth the effort- the only thing I would've done differently was not to use kuwi - it didn't seem to hold up as well as the other fruits ( strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and manderin oranges)

Very good for summer parties. I made it for 4th of July and used Strawberries and Blueberries.

I love it. Instead of the sliceable sugar cookies, I used the ready to bake cookies. It was much easier when you would press it on the pan. Served it for the ladies at my church and they enjoyed it...

It was very rich and a little too sweet, otherwise pretty good. I was disappointed, not what I expected.

Delicious, loved the apricot preserves on top.
