I have made this dessert so many times I lost count. It is always a big hit and it's so easy to use fruits that are fresh and in season. I'm lucky to live on the Central Coast so I use Strawberries alot. Kids think this is the best pizza they ever had.

My family loves this dish! And you can always reinvent it with new fruits!

This is one of the most popular dishes that I make. I make it for the 4th of July, Memorial Day and sometimes just for dinner company. It is always gone when my guests leave. I don't always use all of the fruit shown, sometimes I just use blueberries or strawberries and it is still a hit! Fantastic!

I made this for an early 4th of July picnic. I made a flag (rectangle) out of the pizza instead of a circle. I did not slice the cookies out. I just spread the cookie dough out on a pan with clean fingers. I used blueberries for the stars and strawberries for the stripes. I, like others who rated, skipped the apricot preserves. Everyone who tried it really enjoyed it and asked about the recipe.

The taste was wonderful! This recipe was really frustrating to me the frustration laid in the crust. I made two and they both looked terrible(nothing like the picture)the first one was way to thick, and the second broke in pieces. I had planned on taking one to a baby shower but left them at home for my family. The kids tried one but the other one was wasted. Maybe I was just too impatient, I may try again at a later date. It did taste fine though.

The girls in the office really enjoyed this recipe. I did substitute some of the fruit because I made it late October and some of it was out of season
