by having potatoes baked, they mean to pre-bake them before starting the recipe- as for the insides, depending on how many you make, mash them up for mashed potatoes! yummmmmy!!!

I thought it was very very good and there easy to mke and fast only 45 min. and i would make them again anytime and this is coming from a thirteen year old.

1/ If I have to start with BAKED spuds, the Prep time is surely longer than 15 minutes. Who keeps BAKED spuds on-hand??? [They would only shrink and get ugly] 2/ What does one do with all the potato scooped out of the shells???

I love potato skins anyway and tried your recipe. Very good and made enough at one time to freeze.I reheated in toaster confection over. Every one enjoyed them.

I really enjoyed using Kraft cheddar shredded cheese instead of the dip. The Dip was very good, but I made it again with shredded cheese, it seemed as if it tasted a lot better.
