My family really enjoyed these skins. Next time, I am going to use cheddar cheese shreds instead of the cheez whiz, and I am going to put them under the broiler for a few minutes after the baking time to crisp them up. A tip from me, I mix Ranch salad dressing into the sour cream for a great extra flavor!

This is for wynn6------the potato that you scoop out is for another time--not later in this recipe ie---mashed or something.

I read the recipe and I dont understand the directions. It said to save part of the center for later use. But it doesnt say when later to use it. I would like to make this recipe. Could you explain it better. Thanks.
