This recipe is delicious, to make it even more special, you should add a little something of your own. I added with some of mines, chopped ham, bits of shrimps, chunks of baked tomatoes and etc.

These were great skins. I used shredded cheddar instead of the cheese wiz and they came out great

I used red peppers instead of bacon. It was delicious!

Undecided on whether I'd make this again. I had trouble with it but it still came out pretty good.

I was very impressed with this recipe! I followed the recipe except I used low fat mexican shredded cheese for the cheese wiz. They were very cripsy and even good for lunch today! Thanks!

These were alright. Nothing to them and a nice quick appetizer to throw together, but nothing special.

I usually deep fry my potato skins, but will be trying this way during superbowl. I also like to put chili and cheese in them.

this was a bit more time labor than the recipe had stated. wasted 6 potatoes, I will continue buying them frozen from the store.

Fantastic ... goes well with creamy tomato soup. Used grated sharp cheddar and fried slices of bacon to crumble. Put under broiler to melt cheese. Will do again and again!!
