Baked many small potatoes and made the baked potato soup with the pulp(fall 2005) used the skins for the super skins. Big hit. Although our team lost these were a winner, along with the soup. And better yet, no waste.

I made this recipe with the waffle fries. Very easy to make for a quick snack for the kids (I have teen-agers) and very yummy. Will most definately make this one again.

I used monterey jack cheese instead of the cheese whiz. These were very good!

I made this for a group of very picky guys, who claim to hate anything low fat. I used the 2% Velveeta and reduced fat sour cream, and they LOVED them. I will definitely make this one again.

These were a huge hit at my neighborhood party. I used 8 smaller potatoes and put them under the broiler at the end. I also used shredded cheese. I agree that they take longer than 30 min. to prepare, but are worth it in the end. If you are looking for a unique appetizer...this is the great one. Especially for football parties!

I also do this recipe while camping. Just wrap in foil and cook over the campfire. No need to prebake the potatoes either. It is yummy.
