Very good and fairly easy to make. Everyone at the graduation party loved them.

I always had to go out to enjoy potato skins. Now I can make them for my family(they absolutely love them) and save money! And they're great for an appetizer when I have guests over.

I made the skins for a Super Bowl party and they were a huge hit, especially with the guys! I found that browning the skins in the oven took a lot longer than 15 minutes, but it was worth it. I would also cut the potatoes in 8's next time instead of quarters because I felt the serving sizes were too large. I substituted chives for the green onions to give it a more authentic "baked potatoe" taste. It is a definite "cook again"!!

It is better on french fries than potatoes, especially if your not so much of a sour cream lover.
