So good & easy 2 make. Substituted chorizo for the sausage, gives it a lil kick. Served with tortillas, family loves it.

Excellent basic egg bake - can be varied in so many ways, but I made just as the recipe called for and it was delicious!

I made this recipe 2 days ago and my husband is requesting it again this morning! We all loved it. It is quick, easy and delicious! I used the already cooked sausage crumbles to simplify the prep even more and added some green peppers. I know this recipe will one I turn to often.

I have made this somewhere between 5-10 times since I found the recipe about 4 years ago. It's always a crowd pleaser!

I made this for a large family gathering over Thanksgiving. I used especially large and fresh tomatoes which enhanced the fresh flavor of this delicious dish. I've used other breakfast casserole recipes, but this was my favorite.

Made this recipe for my ladies bible study group and everyone loved it. I made it with ham instead of sausage and it was great. Definitely a keeper!!
