I made the cheesy brunch bake for father's day and it was a hit. Very rich & filling. The size of the dish is convenient for larger families and gatherings. In the future I've thought of replacing the sausage with broccoli or asparagus for a more healthy/vegetarian style dish.

I made this dish for work the other morning, and everyone one loved it. It didn't have any left over. It has been voted that I bring breakfast every Friday from now on.

I made this for a Mother's Day brunch and it turned out GREAT! I made one dish normal and one with Turkey meat, and it was great!! We even ate the leftovers, and that is rare in my home!!!!

My family loved this recipe. My husband called it a cross between pizza and an omelet or quiche. I put in my own roasted tomatoes rather than fresh.
