This cheesy brunch entrée with fresh onions, mushrooms and tomatoes and savory sausage will smell so good as it bakes, they'll be at the table before the first cup of coffee.

This recipe is so simple and yummy! Relatives ask for me to make it for all our events !I change up the toppings depending on where I take it. For kids I just do cheese and ham! Try it, you'll LOVE it!

This brunch bake turned out really good. All the ingredients went well together and was very tasty. I omitted the sour cream and used 2 cups of cheese instead of 3 cups.

Tried this recipe for a tailgate brunch and it was a huge hit! I used mild Italian sausage (half the amount called for) and 2% Mexican cheese and light sour cream. Very tasty with a lot less fat. This will be a tailgate staple in the future, along with fresh fruit and muffins!

Added extra veggies like other reviews suggested and it was delicious. Will try with lighter ingredients like turkey sausage and light cheese to see if we can get the calories and fat down but definitely will make again.
