Made this for a baby shower brunch and all the women loved it. Next time I would add some kind of seasoning to give it a little extra flavor. (not sure what yet!) Overall, very good and very simple to prepare.

I made this for Mother's Day. It was hit! I used canned tomatoes (Rotel Original) instead of fresh. . .drained of course! I think using the spicy Rotel tomatoes added a little spice to the dish. It is easy and I will make it again for sure!

This tasted so good, all though I used can tomato's and it was very wet. The look of it was gross but the taste was still yummo! I will make it again with less cheese (a lot of grease from cheese too) and I'll use fresh tomatoe's or salsa on top!

I might make it again, but I think that I would definitely use whole eggs or egg beaters instead of just egg white, and I'd use turkey sausage instead of hamburger. We made the mexican version, hence the hamburger... but it didn't have much flavor when it was reheated.

I also used a bit of velveeta. It gave this a nice creamy texture! My family loved this recipe!
