I enjoyed this recipe, however, it felt really heavy afterwards.

This is such an easy recipe to make and everyone loves it. I left out the tomatoes and just provided salsa for the top. I also cooked the sausage mixture the night before and it helped cut down on the cook time in the morning.

This is wonderful ! Also great with a side of sautee apples. I had a brunch and EVERYONE loved it! I cut the receipe in 1/2 for 4 people. We had enough for one more "late night" snack! YUMMY!!

My husband made this for brunch just this morning. Both of us were impressed by how good it was. It had great flavor, and even our 6-year-old daughter loved it. Best of all, it made an outrageous number of servings, which means lots of leftovers. We will definitely make this one again!

I made this for an employee breakfast and everyone raved about it . . . I made the sausage mixture the night before and added green bell pepper . . . Topped with sour cream and homemade salsa, yum yum.

This brunch was great. Even the kids liked it. I left out the mushrooms.

I have made this many times and I love it! It is also great to heat up in the microwave for dinner. I skip the fresh tomatoes and use a can of Rotel tomatoes for a little added kick.
