My husband loves a good, hearty breakfast on Sunday mornings - his only day off in the work week and he loves this! I made it yesterday and there is plenty for him to take during the week to work - he loved it!

Wonderful! I took another reviewer's suggestion & omitted tomatoes & added green chiles & monterey jack cheese. I served it with salsa - it was delicious. I made it for a family Christmas brunch & many of my relatives are not that crazy about eggs but ate this up because it was not too egg-y. Will definitely make it again!

I made this recipe for our family over the Thanksgiving holiday for a family breakfast and it was great. Next time I will subsitute with turkey sausage.

EXCELLENT. I made it for Christmas morning breakfast along with Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread, and my family loved it! I did substitute a can of diced tomatoes and green chilis for the tomatoes and pepper jack cheese for the mozzarella to add some kick, and it was great!!

The first time I made this was for a church brunch - everyone loved it! This recipe is easy! Now I'm getting ready to make it for our Christmas Eve breakfast!

I made this again, took out the tomatoes, and added diced green chilies and added pepper jack cheese. It was awesome!

Tomatoes were a little too much, but we'll still make it again.

My hubby loved this breakfast.....so did my daughter.....my son doesn't really dig cheese with eggs, but I made him try it and he didn't complain....makes alot so it's perfect for large breakfast's....it was a bit too much for the four of us...but leftovers should be ok

I made it for my boyfriend so he could take it on the go, and he loved it. I make it once a week, and he takes pieces of it everyday.
