I made this for a large family gathering over Thanksgiving. I used especially large and fresh tomatoes which enhanced the fresh flavor of this delicious dish. I've used other breakfast casserole recipes, but this was my favorite.

Made this recipe for my ladies bible study group and everyone loved it. I made it with ham instead of sausage and it was great. Definitely a keeper!!

I made this with light sour cream and turkey sausage. We loved it! Even though there are only two of us, I went ahead and made the full recipe. After the initial serving on Sunday morning, I put single servings in small containers. In the mornings, I grab one and a tortilla (or toast) for a quick breakfast.

I just mixed all together and baked at 325 till it was ready. My family requests it every week. I also substituted sausage with bacon *cooked only bacon prior) - yam

I loved this recipe! It was delicious. Even my 2yr old liked it. I did add green bell pepper to it and a little more cheese. My husband added salsa and sour cream on top of his and ate three servings. My new go to item.

My child didn't like this dish but she doesn't really like sausage. However both my husband & I enjoyed it. I plan on adding this to our family Christmas brunch menu.
