The peaches and apricot preserve gave this dish a great, rich flavor. I used boneless pork chops and it worked great! I think I'll definitely make it again.

Had it at a friends house. The peaches added a complimentary taste to the chops. GREAT!!

Very classy! I substituted plum jam for orange marmalade.

Changed it just a little by using pineapple chunks(15 1/2 oz can) and 3/4c orange marmalade as substitues for the peaches and apricot preserves. The chicken stuffing mix was perfect in this recipe. Also so easy.
