This is a quick recipe to make for snacks at work and at home. My man takes it with him to work and the men he works with love this recipe. I add garlic powder and cheddar cheese seasoning to this. Excellent!

These were a great idea instead of just plain mixed nuts. Big hit at open house.

I made this recipe & was very disappointed. The nuts stayed very oily and weren't very spicy!

I used extra virgin olive oil instead of butter and added more spices but they turned out nice.

I was a bit disappointed in the "spice". After making the first batch, I doubled the amount of spice and the second batch was better. I think I'll try one of the other spiced nuts versions when I make this again.

This recipe was so easy and I wondered why I didn't make it last year. Maybe since we are on a "carb" diet, it was more appealing now. It's easy, tasty and I added a little more red pepper for BAM!!

Needs more spices in my opinion. I would add extra garlic, powdered onion and chili powder if I made it again.

since mixed nuts are salty, I made this with whole pecans and a separate batch with unsalted peanuts and they were great-we are making more for Super Bowl sunday!
