I make this recipe all the time. Everyone always requests these at family gatherings. I love them! I found that if you roll the "dough" in wet hands to make a ball its easy to form round macroons with no straggling coconut pieces. Also, use parchment paper and you will NEVER have a problem with them sticking in the pan.

I made these for my grandmother since we both love coconut! Very easy to make, and she couldn't stop eating them!

This is one of the easiest cookie recipes ever! I only dirtied one bowl...plus the fact that it's only 3 ingredients is great! Everybody who tried these were really impressed.

Great cookie. Easy and fast. If you can't get this one right you don't know how to cook!

I love this recipe! It got rave reviews. I rolled the cookie dough in my hands (messy - but they came out uniform and the coconut did not burn on the edges.) When cooled I melted some chocolate chips and drizzled over the top. Yum! Looked as good as they tasted! Thanks for the keeper!

These cookies were a hit and I've been asked to make them again! Be sure to take them off of the cookie sheet asap - they'll stick if you don't. Great recipe!

I make this recipe all the time--it's one of my "specialties" that everyone asks for over and over again. I would say it takes closer to 12-14 minutes for them to get golden brown. And one important tip is to get them off the baking sheet with a spatula THE SECOND they come out of the oven--otherwise they start to cool and they stick tremendously to the sheet. My "secret" to these is once they are totally cool, I dip half of the macaroon into melted milk chocolate!! Dark choc. would be great as well, I'm sure! YUM!

In fact I couldn't find the little recipe I cut out with the One Bowl Macaroons. The other bag of Coconut had macaroons but it had more ingredients. I am so happy this is here for me to find. Easy recipe and so good. I even freeze them and they come out good after a week. Thank you, Auburn2000
