I have been making beans like this for years and they are very good. I add about a half of a pack of burrito seasoning powder and a little salsa to mine.

Fast, simple, and yummy! I used 1/2 cup scallions, however, and cooked about half of the tomato/scallion mixture with it while it heated in the microwave to get the oniony flavor more through it. Garlic powder is also great with this!

This dish is the yummiest refried bean dish I have ever had. My husband loved it to. When I saw it I thought it was weird that there was actually a recipe for refried beans but when I tried it I understood why. I would definitly make this again!

I loved this recipe! I made it as a side dish for the Chile Rellenos-Style Chicken and it was perfect together. I will be making this dish again, thank you for another keeper. Hubby liked it too.

Fast and easy, this was a great side dish for the beef enchiladas. The cheese, green onion and tomatoes added great flavor to the beans.

I'm not a big bean person, but I really liked this. I added some rotel along with the salsa, and lots of cheese. I now make this to accompany most of my mexican-style dishes.

I also stirred in a little salsa with the beans to spice things up. Very good.
