Bacon Appetizer Crescents recipe
Savory dip meets crescent roll for a whole new take on hot appetizers. These toasty bites will go faster than you can say, "They have bacon."

Crescents were absolutely delicious. The recipe was very confusing. I wasen't sure how to cut it into wedges and then roll it. I kept reading the recipe over and over but couldn't make sense of it. Made them my own way but got less from the recipe. Despite the confusion it was a great recipe and I will try it again!

No bacon used. We separated the cheese to add other items; some pockets had ham, some ham with g. pepper, some mushrooms and g. pepper, some sausage. All good, but very rich. Kids said so-so. I enjoyed them.

The recipe itself was very tasty and fairly easy till you got to the directions They don't make sence when you try to cut the crescents and assemble the appetizers. This has been mentioned in other reviews and needs to be corrected, they need to do the math! I am an expierienced cook and I had to figure out what the heck they were talking about, the picture is what saved me.

Made these for a party for -bq starters. Recieved very good comments. Easily lends itself for personal favorite substitutions of ingredients.

Another New Years receipe that was a hit with everyone. The cream cheese filling could also be used with bagels.
