"frosting" doesn't hold its shape and is barely sweet enough to call it a frosting at all.

Excellent flavor, excellent light texture. Used 1/8 cup of powdered sugar and it was sweet enough.

This recipe is so tasty, light and not too sweet. Everyone raves how better it is than butter cream icing. I've even cut the confectioners sugar down to 1/8 cup.

The best forsting recipe I have came across. It is so light and fluffy you can easily eat the whole cake. It is also great to decorate with, it wont run down the sides of the cake.

I used this frosting as a filling for a yellow cake and then for a chocolate cake. I used a fudge layer cake frosting for the top. Both times I got rave reviews and will certainly use this recipe again.
