I had made this frosting and put it on a pan of brownies I had made for a church lunch and everyonr just loved the frosting and one of the ladies from my church ask me to make her brownies with this frosting for her gathering. So if you have not made this please do, it is very, very good. This I will be making more often.

I USE THIS RECIPE A LOT. DEPENDING ON THE FLAVOR OF CAKE I BAKE, I USE DIFFERENT FLAVORS OF THE INSTANT PUDDINGS. MY KIDS LOVE THIS FROSTING, NOT TO MENTION, IT'S FAT FREE AND SUGAR FREE WHICH MAKES IT EVEN BETTER AND NO ONE KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE.

I have been making this cool whip frosting recipe since I found it in a magazine in 1983. It is my kids favorite frosting, even today. I also use Jello Vanilla instant pudding for a white frosting. It comes out perfect every time. Using sugar free Jello pudding, and lite Cool Whip, it is great for anyone trying to cut down on calories.

"frosting" doesn't hold its shape and is barely sweet enough to call it a frosting at all.

Excellent flavor, excellent light texture. Used 1/8 cup of powdered sugar and it was sweet enough.

This recipe is so tasty, light and not too sweet. Everyone raves how better it is than butter cream icing. I've even cut the confectioners sugar down to 1/8 cup.

The best forsting recipe I have came across. It is so light and fluffy you can easily eat the whole cake. It is also great to decorate with, it wont run down the sides of the cake.

Not only was this extremely easy to make, but the taste is just incredible. I made cupcakes for a work event and everyone loved them. I did leave a few at home too, and it took a bit to convince my husband to try them. Once he did, he quickly grabbed another cupcake. He has asked that this be the only frosting I make from now on.

I used vanilla for the patriotic poke cake, it was really great. Good consistency, not too sweet, what a great idea! It does get a bit "wet" when you leave a frosted cake in the frig I don't recommend using sugar sprinkles on this frosting, the colors ran...
