Fluffy Pudding Frosting

I made this for a friends birthday and on the 4th of July. I made it with vanilla and topped it with faned strawberries. It was gone in a flash and everyone loved it so much I had to make it again the next day. This time I used lemon and still topped it with the strawberries it was great.

Kids love it. Great for people who don't like sweet icing.

The frosting was awesome. I topped a chocolate cake with it and in one day it was gone. Everyone loved it.

I frosted my grandson's birthday cake with it. It was great!!

I tried this for my son's birthday cake and now I am elected to make all birthday cakes for the family! Not only yummy but easy and quick.

I love the fact that it does not over load you with all the sugar, like a regular frosting. I use it with strawberry pudding, when strawberrys are in season, its my husbands must have birthday cake, and chocolate is the rest of the familys. I poke holes in devils food cake after its cooled, and pour instant chocolate pudding pie filling on it then put in fridge to cool, and make the Cool Whip frosting to go on top. Nuts on top, add to the yum!
