My kids love this frosting. It is easy for my 11 year old to spread this frosting on the cake.

Have made this frosting many times - it's unbelievably good. So easy to spread on a layer cake, and is great with any flavor of pudding. My favorite is LEMON. It's tremendous on a white or lemon-flavored cake mix - and especially good on a lemon poke cake!
