I have made this with other veggies and with no veggies I love this recipe! My only change is 2% Velveeta and 1% milk. I have even made it with an 1/2 can of black bean(drained and rinsed)and 2 tablespoons of salsa! Next I am trying it with cooked cubed potatoes and cooked lean ground beef. Love it!

Very, very good. Made it with regular velveeta and lots of onion.

This was not only quick and easy, but very tasty. And only 5 Weight Watcher points! I also think other veggies, such as caulifour or brocolli would be just as good in this.

This soup was great and so easy! I also used 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup milk and added a little chipotle chile powder for spice. Yummm!

I added a can of chicken to add some protein. It was good.

Love, love, love cheese and greens, but with two vegetable critics (husband and toddler son)I rarely get to enjoy. It was, however, a hit and very easy to make! Thanks, Kraft!

Good Soup. I doubled the recipe using regular Velveeta (couldn't find the light) and it wasn't too rich. I added extra spinach too. I would more salt and pepper than called for but other than that is was very good.

I made this tonight. Because of all the others' comments about it being bland, I put in 1 cup of chicken stock & 1 cup of milk instead of the 2 cups of milk. It was very yummy. And the milk, chicken stock, and cheese makes a good base for other ingredients.
