Fantastic.. Easy to fix recipe!! i marinated the chicken in a bowl in the fridge for an hour before cooking with the ingredients. Added a little Nature's Seasoning and Black Pepper too! Used Brown Rice for the White.. Turned out GREAT! Kids loved it too!

This recipe is great and fast to prepare. I didn't have any frozen mixed vegetables so I used a 16oz bag of chopped brocolli, 1/3 cup of matchstick carrots, and some fresh sliced mushrooms. Everyone loved it!

This recipe is very easy to make on a busy weeknight and tastes good. I'm not a fan of catalina dressing so I didnt love the taste but it was good overall. I will make it again.

Quick and easy. I marinated the chicken in the dressing, soy sause, and garlic powder(I like garlic so added a little more than recipe suggests) for about 15 minutes, while the rice was cooking. I lightly seasoned the cubed chicken with Lawry's season salt and freshly ground black pepper. I used a mixture of broccoli florets, cauliflower, and carrots for the frozen veggies. It was delicious. My picky eater didn't go for it though,he couldn't get past the color.

Very good. I doubled it and added more garlic. If I was cooking it for just myself or my husband I would add some red pepper.

This was easy to make and was very good. The chicken turned pink which my girls thought was very cool. Next time I think I will put the chicken on a stick and fry in a skillet with the sauce and cube up their fav. veggies to put on the stick too.Very Good, quick , easy, and full of flavor. I will make this again.

Loved it and so did my girls! Really easy to make, although my chicken turned pink, guess it was too much Catalina dressing? All in all, it was great, and had a lot of flavor! Would definitely make again!
