Quick and easy. I marinated the chicken in the dressing,soy sause, and garlic powder(I like garlic so added a little more than recipe suggests) for about 15 minutes, while the rice was cooking. I lightly seasoned the cubed chicken with Lawry's season salt and freshly ground black pepper. I used a mixture of broccoli florets, cauliflower, and carrots for the frozen veggies. It was delicious. My picky eater didn't go for it though,he couldn't get past the color.
