What You Need

bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens

cup dried cranberries

pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

1/2

cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, toasted

Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Tbsp. honey

tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

1/4

tsp. ground black pepper

1/4

cup extra virgin olive oil

Make It

TOSS greens with cranberries, cheese and walnuts in salad bowl.

BEAT vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper with wire whisk until well blended. Gradually add oil, beating until well blended.

POUR over salad; toss to coat.

Add 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Oven Roasted or Honey Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a whole wheat roll.

How to Toast Nuts

Spread walnuts in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.

I made this salad as one of three salads for a bridal shower and this one completely disappeared. I used pecans, and it was delicious. A great combination! The dressing is wonderful!

I have made this salad many times. When we get together with friends, this one is often requested. The toasted walnuts and cranberries give this a very special flavor, and the dressing is quick and easy. Thanks for ANOTHER great recipe!

YUM! This is the kind of salad that I've enjoyed at some very elegant restaurants. Now I have made it in my very own kitchen! I love the dressing and am a real feta-head! Thanks for the delicious recipe!
