Simple. Easy. Delicious. Made it for a family of six, they loved it, and said it was filling after one serving, and they're some heavy eaters. Note: added butter and milk to velveeta/chicken/brocoli sauce, was a bit too thick. Other than that, awesome!

Delicious!!! In an attempt to try something new & different, I made this. It was a HUGE hit with my family! My husband hates bake potatoes but he loved this recipe!! I will definitely make this one again!!!

Tried this with the large potato, was great but the potato was a little overpowering. The next night didn't have the potato at all, just had the chicken and broccoli. Was great

This was amazing! My family LOVED it! I was so greatful to find something that both a teenage girl, a growing girl, and a picky husband could all enjoy. Thank you for sharing the recipe :)

My family liked this dish but I made a cheese white sauce not the mircale whip. Not a fan of the whip.

This was a very tasty recipe. I used lite miracle whip and it turned out great.

Just okay for me... the taste of Miracle Whip, which I typically do not enjoy, was a bit overpowering and the cheese was trying to scorch to pan, even on low. I served the mixture without the potato to my kids and they didn't really like it either (and they all LOVE chicken & broccoli). On the plus side it was very filling -- also added much needed salt & pepper, this helped. I think I'll try again, but use mayo instead of Miracle Whip. Maybe even whipping cream?? Hmmm... we'll see. OH, I used 2% Velveeta and Light MW.. that's just how I roll.
