I made this last night. Super easy and quick. I used Fajita Style chicken strips which gave it extra flavor and cut cooking time in half. This is very rich so a little fills you up and you have a lot of leftovers. I took some today for lunch...tasted even better the next day!
This was a quick and easy recipe that filled up me and my family just right : )
This was an extremely good recipe and easy to make. My husband especially loved it.
Very good. Next time I think I'll add some veggies and more chicken.
We used corkscrew pasta and regular cheddar cheese, and it was so good! We will definitely make this again.
I made this recipe for my family and they loved it. There were no leftovers. I substituted the velveeta cheese for the ragu cheese in a jar (I used about a 1/4 cup). I added around a 1/4 cup of frozen peas and carrots thawed and I did not add salsa. I used broccoli with cheese sauce as a side dish. The whole meal prep, eating and cleanup took just under an hour!
A new and interesting way to make a one pan chicken meal. It was good but felt it did not as much flavor as I expected it to.
I made this recipe with the substitutions of cream of chix soup and Rotel. I also used the shredded Velveeta to make life easier. I'm always looking for easy recipes that don't take a lot of time or ingredients. This one was really good. We had no leftovers!
I made 2 substitutions and this is now in my top 5 recipes. I used 2 pounds of hamburger instead of chicken and I used Rotel instead of salsa. Oh, I also added some extra velveeta. My family loved it and so did I.
Per another review of the recipe, I used Cream of Chicken Soup and, as a shortcut I used Louis Rich Southwestern Chicken Strips. If you like spicy, this definitely kicked it up a notch! Although everyone enjoyed it, next time I'll try using mild salsa and plain grilled chicken strips.
