I made this last night for supper and we all really enjoyed it. I was leary about the cream of mushroom, but it was actually good! I think I may try it with cream of chicken next time too, that's a good idea since it has chicken in the recipe!

This dish was very yummy. Will make again, but with the cream of chicken instead. The cream of mushroom, not "mexican" to me.

This is very easy to fix. Everyone loved it, Even my picky father. I did use cream of chicken instead of mushroom. Very good, very easy, recommend it for the busy MOM!

I used cream of chicken, children dont like mushrooms. I added minced garlic as well. Very very good!

I substituted Cream of Celery for the Cream of Mushroom because I am allergic to Mushroom. I would not recommend that, the celery overpowers the rest. I will try Cream of Chicken next time.

This is very tasty. I tripled the recipe for a mexican after church lunch everyone raved over it. I added the black olives, evaporated milk, and sour cream. However after cooking the pasta and mixing other ingridients I heated it all in a crock pot on low for about 4 hrs. (added extra milk to keep it from drying up) then added the sour cream right before serving.

This recipe was pretty good. It was a little thick so I will work on thinning it out next time and the Velveeta taste was a little to present.

I loved this recipe!! It was easy to make and easy to adapt!! I like that ! I increased the pasta to 4c., added a small can of sliced black olives, increased the salsa(mild) to 1 1/2c., used evaporated milk(1c.), added 1/2 can of corn, and 1/2 c. sour cream was added for only 5 min of warming. It was good without the sour cream, but I loved it with it !! I think this is a great recpe and will definitely make it again !!
